What ANSI standards do your hard hats meet?
Our hard hats meet ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type I and Type II standards, Class E, G, and C electrical ratings available. Type I protects against impact from the top. Type II adds lateral impact protection. Every shipment includes certification documentation for your safety program.
What’s the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ for fully customized hard hats is 24 units. For stock colors with a printed logo we can produce runs as small as 12 units. Replacement suspensions and accessories are available without a minimum.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 7-10 business days after proof approval, plus 2-5 business days for shipping. Rush production is available for an expedite fee and can compress the timeline to 3-5 business days total.
Can you match our exact company colors?
Yes. Standard shell colors include white, yellow, orange, red, blue, green, and black. For custom colors on larger orders, we color-match using Pantone references. Printed logos reproduce any color without limits.
What printing methods do you use?
Full-color direct printing produces the sharpest results and holds up to jobsite wear. For simple single-color logos we also offer screen printing. Our design team will recommend the right method for your logo and budget.
Do you offer different suspension types?
Yes. Standard 4-point pin-lock suspension is included on every hat. Ratchet suspensions and 6-point suspensions are available as upgrades. Chinstraps and accessory mounts for face shields, earmuffs, and headlamps are available separately.
Can we reorder replacement parts?
Yes. Replacement suspensions, sweatbands, chinstraps, and accessory mounts are available without minimum quantities. We keep common parts in stock for quick reorder.
