Returns

Because every hard hat is custom-decorated, we don’t accept returns on customized orders unless there’s a production defect. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match approved artwork, email support@getcustomhardhats.com within 7 days with photos.

Replacements

Hard hats should be replaced every 5 years or sooner if damaged. Your design stays on file for easy reorder.
